Neben eine hübschen Liste an klassischen Spiele, die in der teuersten Stufe des PlayStation Plus-Relaunches enthalten sein werden, hat Sony auch weitere PS4- und PS5-Spiele angekündigt, die Teil des „moderneren“ Spielekatalogs sein werden. Diese werden sowohl in der PlayStation Plus Extra- als auch in der Premium-Stufe enthalten sein.
Dazu gehören Spiele wie Demon’s Souls, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, NBA 2K22, wobei viele der Spiele von Drittanbietern aus den neuen Ubisoft+ Classics (mit *** gekennzeichnet) stammen. Alles in allem hat Sony über 700 Spiele für den Relaunch von PlayStation Plus versprochen. Dazu gehören eine große Auswahl an PS4- und PS5-Spielen sowie PS3-Game-Streaming und eine neue Bibliothek mit PS2-, PS1- und PSP-Klassikern, die verfügbar sein werden.
